Return & Exchange Policy

At Sowilo Gifts, we want you to enjoy your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We do not offer cash refunds for returns.
Approved returns are eligible for:

Store credit, or
Exchange for another item of equal value

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue store credit or process an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. In these cases, we will offer a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.
